Refund Policy

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described our website.

If you need to return an item, you can do so within 14 days as long as the goods are unopened/resalable condition and accompanied by a Proof of Purchase and a refund will be issued via a credit or exchange.

Whilst we take great care in the packing of your order, if an item arrives damaged/broken, we will replace this at no cost to you. Please come in store, email a photo or video along with your Order Number within 48 hours of receipt to Hello@barambahhome.com. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund via a credit.

Should you choose to Post, please contact us beforehand so we can facilitate the return as quickly as possible for you. Freight charges are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in the same condition at the time of purchase.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
You must provide the original receipt.
Items should have manufacturer tags still attached.

Return Process:

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Postage/courier fees for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Credit Notes:

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue a credit note for the value of the item.
The credit note will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Refunds, Damages & Defects Policy

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your online order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate a claim, email us at hello@barambahhome.com with a full description of the defect and photos of the damage.

Our Response:

Where possible, we will repair or replace the goods to your satisfaction.
If we are unable to repair or replace the item, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
